JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: HR Officer POSITION REPORTS TO: Senior Manager - Human Resources, HQ EMPLOYMENT BASIS: Fulltime LOCATION: Global TIME COMMITMENT: Monday-Friday; 40 hr week ROLE DESCRIPTION ATEC exists to decarbonise cooking for all households across the Global South with our patented IoT eCook stoves. 4 billion people across Asia & Africa still lack access to modern cooking - generating 1 gigaton of emissions, more than the global airline industry. ATEC’s patented IoT technology means usage data is converted into 100% data-verified carbon credits - a global first for the sector. ATEC is now expanding across Asia & Africa - working with last-mile distributors and net-zero partners to decarbonise cooking at scale. The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the effective delivery of human resource operations across ATEC, ensuring that people processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the company’s goals. The HR Officer focuses on executing core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, performance support, and employee relations, while helping to build a positive and productive work environment.
