Role Overview : We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design, strategy, and execution of enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the primary technical authority, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable platform architecture. You will collaborate closely with global stakeholders, executive leadership, and cross-functional engineering teams to drive digital transformation initiatives. By leveraging your deep expertise in the platform, you will ensure that our implementations not only meet immediate operational needs but also provide a robust foundation for long-term business growth and technical excellence across the organization.Key Responsibilities : - Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions with a specialized focus on TSOM to optimize service operations and improve delivery efficiency for global clients.- Lead complex ServiceNow implementations by translating high-level business objectives into technical roadmaps that ensure platform stability and scalability.- Oversee seamless system integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise applications to create a unified, automated ecosystem for stakeholders.- Mentor and provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality coding standards throughout the project lifecycle.- Evaluate emerging platform capabilities and modules, such as ITBM, to recommend strategic upgrades that drive measurable business outcomes and operational maturity.Required Skillset : - Demonstrated mastery in designing and deploying complex ServiceNow architectures, with a proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise environments.- Deep functional and technical proficiency in ServiceNow modules, specifically ITSM, ITBM, and a comprehensive focus on TSOM workflows.- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and alignment across diverse business units.- Proven expertise in leading system integration projects, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization across heterogeneous IT landscapes.- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot critical platform issues and provide innovative, long-term architectural solutions.- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, coordinating effectively with distributed teams across Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, and Hyderabad.- A minimum of 15-18 years of professional experience in IT service management and platform architecture, ideally supported by a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
