Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct resume screening and initial candidate assessments to identify top prospects for open positions.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
3. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Prepare and analyze data related to recruitment metrics and trends to improve our hiring processes.
5. Utilize MS Word, MS Excel, and other MS Office tools to create reports, documents, and presentations.
6. Communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and external partners to provide updates on recruitment activities.
7. Negotiate job offers with selected candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
