Job Title : Coupa Technical Consultant / Coupa DeveloperLocation : Pune (Hybrid/Onsite)Experience : 5- 7 YearsJob Description :We are seeking an experienced Coupa Technical Consultant/Developer with 57 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Coupa solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Coupa modules, integrations, API development, and system customization to support procurement and spend management processes.Key Responsibilities :- Design, configure, and implement Coupa modules including :1. Procure-to-Pay (P2P)2. Invoicing3. Expenses4. Sourcing5. Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)- Customize approval workflows, forms, notifications, and dashboards based on business requirements.- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Coupa REST API integrations with enterprise applications.- Design and implement integrations between Coupa and SAP Fieldglass.- Manage data exchange using JSON, XML, CSV, and integration middleware tools.- Analyze and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system defects.- Support system upgrades, patch deployments, and new module implementations.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.- Create and maintain technical design documents, integration specifications, and support documentation.- Provide end-user support, training, and knowledge transfer as required.- Participate in testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployments.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 5- 7 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on Coupa implementation/support experience.- Strong expertise in Coupa P2P, Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing, and CLM modules.- Experience with Coupa REST APIs, Integration APIs, and web services.- Hands-on experience integrating Coupa with SAP Fieldglass.- Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, and data mapping techniques.- Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar.- Good understanding of procurement, sourcing, invoicing, and supplier management processes.- Experience in troubleshooting production issues and performance optimization.- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications :- Coupa Certification(s) preferred.- Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Knowledge of CI/CD and release management processes.Employment Type : Full-TimeLocation : Pune, Maharashtra (Hybrid/Onsite)Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days Preferred.
