About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
2. Connect with Forex brokers, entrepreneurs, and business owners globally.
3. Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements.
4. Present Rotex services through online meetings.
5. Handle objections and negotiate with prospects.
6. Prepare proposals and follow up until closure.
7. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM.
8. Achieve monthly revenue and meeting targets.

7. 0-1 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, IT services, consulting, or similar industries.

8. Excellent English communication skills.

9. Experience with cold calling and lead generation.

10. Ability to handle online meetings.

11. Basic understanding of technology/business solutions is preferred.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 10,00,000 /year
