Role Overview:

We are hiring Sales Managers for the Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP) segment. This is an individual contributor role , responsible for driving business through DSA, channel partners, and open market sourcing while ensuring portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source Business LAP cases through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels
• Build and strengthen the channel partner network in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly business, disbursement, and revenue targets
• Generate quality leads and ensure healthy portfolio growth
• Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for seamless case processing
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and credit guidelines
• Identify new business opportunities and enhance market penetration

Eligibility Criteria:

• 3–8 years of experience in Business LAP / Loan Against Property / Mortgage Sales
• Strong experience in DSA and channel-led sourcing
• Proven track record of achieving individual business targets
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of the local market in the preferred location
