About the job

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and identify potential business opportunities.
Communicate with customers and understand their requirements, challenges, and expectations.
Create customer interest by effectively explaining the product, its features, benefits, and value proposition.
Handle customer questions and objections confidently and generate interest in the product.
Qualify interested prospects and schedule suitable product demos.
Take ownership of the demo process from the initial call until the demo is successfully completed.
Coordinate with customers to ensure they are available and attend the scheduled demo.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, demos scheduled, and demos completed in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calling, lead generation, demo scheduling, and demo completion.
Work closely with the Sales/Demo team to improve lead quality and conversion.
Consistently follow up with prospects and convert potential customers into qualified opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Telesales, Business Development, or a similar role.
Marathi communication is mandatory.
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong ability to create customer interest and explain products effectively.
Good convincing, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
Confident and energetic personality with a positive attitude.
Ability to take ownership and ensure scheduled demos are successfully completed.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
