Job Title : Tech Lead (Full Stack)Location : GurgaonExperience : 7-10 yearsEmployment Type : Full-timeRole Overview :We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead (Full Stack) who can drive end-to-end development, lead a team of engineers, and architect scalable, high-performance applications. This role blends technical leadership with active coding and collaboration across product, design, and engineering teams.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications- Architect scalable and maintainable systems (frontend + backend)- Mentor and guide a team of developers through code reviews, best practices, and career growth- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions- Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization- Drive adoption of modern technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices- Manage technical debt and continuously improve system architecture- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesRequired Skills & Qualifications :- Strong experience in frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js)- Strong experience in backend development (Node.js, Java, Python, or similar)- Proficiency in REST APIs / GraphQL- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL)- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes)- Solid understanding of system design and architecture- Experience with microservices architecture- Strong problem-solving and debugging skillsLeadership & Soft Skills :- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills- Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities- Ownership mindset with a focus on delivery and qualityPreferred Qualifications :- Experience in building large-scale distributed systems- Exposure to AI/ML integrations or data-driven applications- Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments- Open-source contributions or technical blogging (ref:hirist.tech)
