Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised, strategic, and relationship-driven Cloud Learning Program Manager | Developer Adoption & GTM to support and scale Google Cloud Learning Services initiatives across the APAC region.

This role will focus on managing regional developer adoption programmes, supporting cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and coordinating stakeholder engagement strategies that accelerate participation in Google Cloud learning programmes such as Google Skills Arcade and GEAR.

The successful candidate will act as a central programme contact across marketing, operations, developer communities, partners, vendors, and Google stakeholders to ensure successful programme execution, operational excellence, and measurable growth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Management & Developer Adoption

• Coordinate and support the execution of Google Cloud learning and developer adoption programmes across Japan and APAC
• Manage programme activities including onboarding, enablement, engagement tracking, communications, and operational coordination
• Support programme timelines, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Oversee developer onboarding journeys and help ensure high-quality participant experiences throughout programme lifecycles
• Drive adoption, engagement, and retention initiatives across developer learning communities and ecosystem partners
• Support regional pilots, programme launches, and scale-up initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitate onboarding sessions, programme reviews, office hours, and stakeholder meetings via virtual platforms

GTM Strategy & Campaign Management

• Partner with regional marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cloud and AI learning initiatives
• Coordinate multi-channel campaigns including email marketing, webinars, developer events, social media, blogs, and digital engagement activities
• Develop clear, compelling messaging tailored to technical and developer-focused audiences
• Coordinate with approved vendors, community organisations, and ecosystem partners to execute regional engagement programmes
• Ensure all campaigns and communications align with Google brand standards and social media marketing guidelines

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management

• Serve as a primary programme contact between SureSkills, Google stakeholders, regional partners, vendors, and developer communities
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across global and regional teams to support programme success
• Support stakeholder communications, status reporting, and programme updates
• Identify programme risks, operational blockers, and engagement challenges while proactively supporting resolutions
• Gather stakeholder and learner feedback to improve programme structures, workflows, and learning experiences
• Coordinate effectively across multiple regions, cultures, and time zones

Reporting, Analytics & Operational Excellence

• Monitor programme KPIs, learner engagement, adoption metrics, and campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools
• Analyse programme and campaign data to identify trends, optimisation opportunities, and strategic recommendations
• Create dashboards, reports, and stakeholder insights using tools such as Looker Studio and Google Analytics
• Maintain accurate programme documentation, project trackers, communication plans, and operational records
• Support process improvements, workflow automation, and operational scalability initiatives
• Contribute to governance and reporting frameworks that improve programme visibility and stakeholder decision-making

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Program Management, Developer Programs, GTM Operations, Training & Enablement, Campaign Management, or related fields
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programmes within fast-paced global environments
• Experience working with developers, ecosystem communities, and stakeholders to support engagement and skills adoption initiatives
• Strong programme and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience managing regional or global programmes across multiple time zones
• Experience with CRM systems, automation tools, and workflow management platforms
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and reporting tools.
• Strong operational mindset with excellent attention to detail and execution discipline
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across diverse global teams
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority
