Technical Project Manager - Agile/Scrum

Experience Required :- 8 to 12 years of overall experience in software development along with strong exposure to program/project management. - Prior experience in the payments domain will be an added advantage, though not mandatory.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.- Drive project planning activities including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and timeline tracking.- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.- Monitor project performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth execution.- Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.Technical & Functional Skills :- Strong background in Java development with a clear understanding of software engineering principles.- Hands-on knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).- In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) and project management practices.- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.Mandatory Requirements :- Proven experience as a Java Technical Project Manager.- Prior hands-on experience in Java development is essential.- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SAFe framework, and project management processes.- Demonstrated ability to successfully drive multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
