• Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM

About the Role

Shah Investors Home Ltd. (SIHL) is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support and coordinate digital marketing, social media, brand communication, and marketing campaign activities.

The candidate will work closely with the external marketing agency and internal teams to plan, coordinate, review, and execute marketing activities while maintaining consistent brand communication across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Agency Coordination

• Coordinate with the external marketing agency for digital campaigns, creatives, videos, and promotional content.
• Prepare and share campaign briefs, content requirements, timelines, and approvals.
• Follow up with the agency to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
• Review creatives and digital content for accuracy, quality, brand consistency, and compliance before publishing.
• Track ongoing campaigns, deliverables, and deadlines.

2. Social Media Management

• Plan and coordinate the monthly social media content calendar.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect information and content for upcoming posts and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the agency for social media content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
• Manage Instagram Stories related to office activities, employee engagement, cultural events, festivals, achievements, and company updates.
• Monitor social media platforms and coordinate required updates.

3. Marketing & Digital Communication

• Prepare content briefs for marketing campaigns and digital initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing communications such as:
  • Marketing emailers
  • WhatsApp broadcasts
  • Event invitations
  • Research meet announcements
  • Company announcements
  • Investor awareness communications
• Ensure all communication follows SIHL's brand voice and applicable regulatory guidelines.

4. Brand Management

• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and communication across digital marketing materials.
• Review agency deliverables to ensure they meet SIHL's brand standards.
• Coordinate internal branding activities with relevant departments.

5. Campaign & Event Coordination

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns for company events, seminars, webinars, research meets, investor awareness initiatives, and festive campaigns.
• Track campaign timelines and ensure marketing assets are delivered as scheduled.
• Coordinate with internal teams and the external agency for smooth campaign execution.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Research, Sales, Operations, Compliance, HR, and Technology teams for marketing requirements.
• Collect information from internal departments and communicate requirements to the external marketing agency.
• Support internal events and company-wide communication initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Digital Marketing .
• Relevant experience in financial services, stock market, fintech, investment, or related industries will be preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical and coordination skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field .
• Minimum 1 year of relevant digital marketing experience .
• Candidates with experience in financial services, stock market, fintech, or investment-related organizations will be preferred.
