Responsibilities

• Confirm and settle trades executed on the CQG platform, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement.
• Collaborate with the middle office and relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth trade settlements.
• Reconcile client accounts, ensuring accuracy of account balances, trade records, and other financial data.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account balances or transactions.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of trades, transactions, account information, and other relevant documents.
• Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory compliance and audits.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to account statements, trades, settlements, and other back-office processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all back-office functions.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to back-office operations.
• Assist in managing and maintaining the CQG backend system, ensuring its functionality and usability for the front and middle office teams.
• Collaborate with IT and technical support teams to address system-related issues and optimize system performance.
• Generate and analyze reports on back-office activities, including trade settlement, account reconciliation, and transaction processing.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a back-office role within the financial industry, preferably in CFD trading using the CQG backend.
• Familiarity with the CQG backend system and its functionalities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and account reconciliation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Engineers dealing with Database (SQL) preferred.
• 3-4 years of Experience
