Generative AI Solution Architect

Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced GenAI PreSales Solution Architect with 1322 years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in MERN Stack, Agentic AI, and AWS Cloud, with a strong ability to engage customers, define AI transformation roadmaps, design innovative solutions, and drive large-scale business opportunities.This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, customers, sales teams, and delivery organizations to architect cutting-edge AI-driven solutions and support strategic business growth.Key Responsibilities : - Drive solution architecture and technical consulting for Generative AI and Agentic AI opportunities.- Partner with Sales, Business Units, and Customers to understand business challenges and define solution strategies.- Design enterprise-scale AI solutions leveraging Agentic AI, LLMs, Multi-Agent Systems, and RAG architectures.- Lead technical discovery workshops, customer presentations, solution demonstrations, and architecture discussions.- Create end-to-end solution blueprints encompassing application architecture, cloud architecture, security, integration, and governance.- Support RFPs, RFIs, proposals, effort estimation, and solution sizing activities.- Build AI-powered customer engagement platforms, intelligent assistants, automation solutions, and enterprise copilots.- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful solution implementation.- Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and solution assets for business growth.- Identify emerging AI trends and recommend innovative solutions to customers.- Contribute to business development and account mining initiatives.Required Technical Skills : 1. Agentic AI & Generative AI : - Strong expertise in : i. Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, RAG Frameworks, AI Agents & Autonomous Workflows- Experience with : i. OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Amazon Bedrock, Gemini Models, Fine-tuned LLMs, AI Orchestration Frameworks2. MERN Stack : - Strong hands-on experience in : i. MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js- Experience designing : i. Enterprise Web Applications, SaaS Platforms, Customer Portals, AI-Powered User Interfaces, Microservices-Based Applications3. AWS Cloud : - Extensive experience with : i. AWS Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Lambda, ECS / EKS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Aurora, S3, OpenSearch, CloudWatch, EventBridge, IAM, VPC- Experience in cloud-native architecture and enterprise deployments.Solution Architecture Expertise : - Enterprise Architecture Design- AI Reference Architecture- Cloud Transformation- Digital Modernization- API-led Integration Architecture- Event-driven Architecture- Microservices Architecture- Security & Governance Architecture- Data Platforms & AI EcosystemsPre-Sales & Consulting Responsibilities : - Lead customer-facing architecture discussions and solution workshops.- Conduct technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts.- Prepare solution proposals, statements of work, and technical estimations.- Participate in large deal pursuits and strategic opportunities.- Support account teams in identifying AI transformation opportunities.- Engage with CXOs and business stakeholders to define technology roadmaps.Leadership Responsibilities : - Provide technical leadership across multiple programs and accounts.- Mentor architects, consultants, and engineering teams.- Establish best practices and architecture governance frameworks.- Drive innovation initiatives and capability development.- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.Required Qualifications : - 1322 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Technology Consulting.- Strong expertise in MERN Stack development and architecture.- Proven experience in Agentic AI and Generative AI solution design.- Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and architecture patterns.- Experience handling large enterprise customers and strategic accounts.- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.Preferred Skills : - AWS Solution Architect Certification.- Experience with Amazon Bedrock Agents.- Knowledge of AI Governance and Responsible AI.- Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, or Hi-Tech domains.- Exposure to Data Engineering, Analytics, and MLOps.
