Location: Thrissur

Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in training, learning & development, employee engagement, or a similar role.

Salary: 3.6 LPA (Negotiable) + Food & accommodation will be provided

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Trainer who can conduct employee training programs and support employee development. The candidate should have good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Conduct training on communication, teamwork, customer service, leadership, and workplace behaviour.
- Identify employee training needs.
- Prepare training materials, assessments, and presentations.
- Conduct tests and collect feedback after training.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance, and training reports.
- Coordinate with HR and business teams for training activities.
- Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Support employee learning and professional development.
