1. Manage all accounting activities, including preparing financial statements, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts.

3. Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and guidelines.
4. Assist in the preparation of income tax return, TDS return, and statutory audit report
5. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, demonstrating strong English proficiency both spoken and written.
6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 2,40,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 20,000 - 60,000 /year
