Why we need this role

Responsible for creating/enriching orders for both Customer Orders and 'Internal Network Optimisation Orders' into order management systems based on requests coming from sales, and also doing simple technical validation activities.

What you will do

Order Processing Technical Analysts create, modify and process orders generated from customers and internal stakeholders, responsible for data entry and tracking to ensure a smooth process. They are required to be customer-facing, providing status updates on orders to customers and third parties.

What we're looking for

Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility for the Technical, Commercial and Administrative Validation of a Customer Order.

• Entering order details into Colt's Order Handling System (Siebel) for all new order types - new/modification/cease.

• Delivering high quality outputs and completing tasks without errors, meeting team KPIs.

• Contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives.

• Maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
