Unnati Anam Consultancy is hiring for Kiro Beauty! About Kiro Beauty : We are Kiro Beauty - a fast-growing, modern beauty brand redefining makeup with high-performance, skin-loving formulations. We’re building a bold, creative, and culturally relevant voice in the beauty space and are looking for someone who can help bring that vision to life. We need someone who’s chronically online (in a good way) and obsessed with content. This is not a “just ideation” role - you’ll be shooting, editing, jumping on trends, and making things happen fast. If your brain is basically a content machine, we want you! Working model: Onsite Location : Nariman Point Timings : 10am - 6pm Days : Monday to Friday Budget : 6-7 LPA Experience : 1 - 3 years Roles & Responsibilities: Create scroll-stopping short-form content from ideation to execution Spot and adapt trends early to keep content fresh and relevant Brainstorm and execute campaign ideas in collaboration with the Senior Creative Director Shoot, edit, and produce content independently Plan and contribute to content calendars and weekly output Experiment with formats, hooks, and storytelling styles to improve performance Adapt content across platforms while maintaining a strong brand voice Assist in shoots and stay plugged into beauty, pop culture, and social trends You’re a Fit If You: Have 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media Are idea-driven but equally strong in execution Have a strong instinct for trends and know how to adapt them into content Can independently shoot and edit videos Are high-energy, curious, and creatively driven, with an interest in beauty, makeup, and skincare Have a content portfolio/page; being comfortable in front of the camera is preferable
