Title: ECM Administrator IBM FileNet
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Noida
Skills Required: IBM FileNet ECM platform
Notice Period: Immediate joiner or up to 1 month.
We at Coforge are seeking a ECM Administrator" to support IT operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, monitor, and maintain the IBM FileNet ECM Platform .
- Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and environment maintenance activities.
- Manage users, groups, roles, and access permissions across the FileNet environment.
- Monitor system health, performance, and repository availability.
- Troubleshoot platform, application, and content repository issues.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management activities within agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with OEM/vendor support teams for issue resolution and escalation.
- Perform backup, recovery, and preventive maintenance activities as per FMS scope.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, operational reports, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
