Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Role Overview :This senior-level role empowers our clients to optimize their financial processes and reporting capabilities through expert SAP FICO solutions. As a Sr. SAP FICO Consultant, you will lead end-to-end implementation projects, guide business stakeholders through complex transformations, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable financial architectures. Your contributions will directly enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and provide critical insights for strategic decision-making, ultimately driving significant business value for our diverse client portfolio.Key Responsibilities :- Lead comprehensive SAP FICO implementation and S/4 HANA transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery from blueprinting to post-go-live support for clients.- Design and configure advanced financial solutions across SAP FI-GL, SAP AP, SAP AR, SAP CO, and SAP COPA modules, aligning with intricate business requirements and best practices.- Drive the adoption and optimization of SAP Central Finance (CFIN) strategies, enabling seamless financial consolidation and reporting across disparate systems.- Conduct in-depth business process analysis and gap identification, translating complex financial needs into effective SAP FICO system designs and functional specifications.- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and client teams, fostering skill development and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other modules and external systems, maintaining data integrity and system performance.- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to validate solution functionality and stability.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP FICO solutions, including SAP FI-GL, SAP AP, SAP AR, and SAP CO, with a strong focus on S/4 HANA environments.- Proven ability to lead complex SAP Implementation projects from conception to successful deployment, managing scope, timelines, and client expectations effectively.- Deep understanding and practical experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and SAP COPA for advanced profitability analysis and reporting.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, enabling the translation of intricate business challenges into practical, scalable SAP solutions.- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with senior stakeholders, leading workshops, and articulating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.- A strong academic background, typically an MBA in Finance, CA, or an Engineering degree, is highly valued for this role.- Proficiency in working effectively in a remote, distributed team environment, maintaining high productivity and collaboration.
