Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources professional to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology and Services industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Manage the recruitment process to attract top talent to the organization
- Familiarity with Free & Paid Job Portals.
- Oversee employee onboarding and new hire orientation processes
- Facilitate employee performance management and development programs
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with HR information systems and data analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
