About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer calls professionally and resolve queries efficiently.2. Coordinate with other departments to process urgent orders and customer requests.
3. Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram, and email.
4. Provide timely updates regarding orders, exchanges, returns, and dispatches.
5. Maintain proper communication with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Follow up on pending issues and provide resolutions on priority.
7. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
9. Maintain records of customer interactions and order updates.
