We specialize in executive search, recruitment process outsourcing, and end-to-end talent strategy. We're looking for a dynamic and driven Team Lead – Remote Recruiter to lead and grow our recruitment team from anywhere in India. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of recruiters working on mid to senior-level mandates across industries. Mentor and train junior recruiters to improve sourcing, screening, and client management capabilities. Assign and prioritize job requisitions among team members based on capability and bandwidth. Maintain strong client relationships through timely updates, quality profiles, and strategic support. Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding. Meet team targets on closures, client satisfaction, and turnaround time (TAT). Regularly review and report on team performance metrics and hiring KPIs. Requirements: 4–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a team-leading role. Strong exposure to client communication and stakeholder management. Proven ability to work on leadership and niche roles across sectors. Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and sourcing strategies. Excellent communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
