About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and other channels.
2. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain project details.
3. Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and purchase intent.
4. Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
5. Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the CRM system.
6. Follow up with prospective customers regularly to nurture leads.
7. Address customer queries regarding project features, pricing, payment plans, and availability.
8. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely lead conversion.
9. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
10. Prepare and share lead status and follow-up reports with management.
11. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the pre-sales process.
