About the job
Key responsibilities:
Test Membership Platforms, LMS, CRM systems, websites, and digital portals across various user roles and workflows.Perform functional testing, usability testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify, document, track, and retest bugs and issues.
Create test cases, screenshots, screen recordings, and testing reports.
Validate forms, workflows, notifications, integrations, dashboards, reports, and user journeys.
Utilize AI tools to assist with test case creation, documentation, bug analysis, and testing workflows.
Coordinate with technology, project, and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Follow structured testing processes and quality assurance standards.

Earn certifications in these skills
Other requirements
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of software testing concepts, web applications, and user experience testing.
Must have a personal laptop/computer and reliable high-speed internet connection to work effectively in a remote environment.
