Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Hindi Teacher (Female) to join our educational team in Mohanpur, Begusarai, Bihar, serving students in Grades 3 to 6. This role is central to fostering strong language skills, cultural understanding, and academic confidence in young learners. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging, student-centered instruction while contributing to a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. With a focus on curriculum delivery, student progress tracking, and collaborative teaching practices, the Hindi Teacher will play a key role in shaping foundational literacy and communication abilities. Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured and interactive Hindi language instruction aligned with curriculum standards for Grades 3–6.
  
• Develop and implement lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools tailored to diverse learning needs.
  
• Monitor and evaluate student progress through regular assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
  
• Provide individualized academic support and remedial guidance to enhance learning outcomes.
  
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, assignments, and student development.
  
• Collaborate with teaching staff to align instructional strategies and support holistic student growth.
  
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and community engagement initiatives.
  
• Contribute to curriculum development, resource preparation, and documentation as needed.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent with a specialisation in Hindi or Language Education.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of proven teaching experience in primary education, preferably in Hindi language instruction.
  
• Strong command of Hindi language (written and spoken), including grammar, literature, and pedagogical techniques.
  
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
  
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools for lesson planning, record-keeping, and communication.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
  
• Commitment to inclusive education, student well-being, and professional development.
