The company develops hybrid AI systems that integrate neurosymbolic methods with machine learning to build auditable, adaptive, and governable AI. Daice Labs operates two integrated divisions: a research lab focused on hybrid AI architectures, and Cofabric, a governed AI execution platform for long-horizon collaborative work. About the Role We are hiring a Data Analyst to join our team remotely from India. You will work with engineering and research teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data that informs product decisions, model evaluation, and business operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support product and business decisions Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated data summaries using visualization tools Design and implement data quality checks and validation processes Collaborate with ML engineers to evaluate model performance metrics and experimental results Write SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis Document analytical methods, data sources, and findings for internal knowledge sharing Support operational reporting including usage metrics, user behavior analysis, and KPI tracking Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field 1+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related analytical role
