Role Responsibilities
- Liaise with IWSR team for submission of monthly shipment file and create dashboards related to market share reporting
- Responsible for reporting issues related to data within systems for immediate resolution with relevant commercial stakeholders.
- Creation of deep-dive analysis for distribution and availability tracking including the following:
- Assortment tracking in line with outlet standards through Salesforce fortnightly
- Billing tracking at a state x brand x channel level monthly
- Overlay of billing and availability data along with secondary sales data to track velocity and depletion trends
- Develop deep-dive sales analytics including detailed account x brand analysis for identified top 10 cities (limited to data available states) including monthly velocity and billing tracking for focus brands
- Correlation of velocity track with market share position
Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA with 2-4 years experience preferably in the alco-bev sector, although core analytics in any sector can be considered
- Advanced excel skills including PowerQuery and/or Power BI
