Skills and Competencies- 3-5 years of software development experience delivering scalable solutions
- Proficiency in Java, Scala, C#, C++, or Python
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases at scale
- Strong expertise in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience with performance tuning, multi-threading, and memory management
- Focus on building secure, scalable, and reliable systems with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Own and deliver key projects with high quality and within timelines
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build impactful solutions contribute to technical design, architecture, and roadmap planning
- Lead code reviews and uphold engineering best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Improve processes, tools, and system performance
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to stakeholders
