About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Work with the US Staffing team to understand IT requirements.2. Search and connect with IT consultants, vendors, and clients.
3. Maintain candidate and vendor information in trackers/databases.
4. Coordinate with candidates and vendors for submissions and interviews.
5. Assist in identifying suitable consultants for available US IT requirements.
6. Build professional relationships with vendors and clients.
7. Follow up on candidate submissions and interview updates.
8. Maintain daily recruitment and submission records.
