Global People Services Associate (Entry Level)

The Global People Services Associate acts as a support in a central hub for transactional HR activities.  The Global People Services Associate provides efficient consistent support to all employees and managers.

• Employee Support:  Responding to HR-related questions from employees and managers (benefits policies time-off).
• Ticket Management:  Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries (benefits payroll leave policies) via Freshservice managing prioritizing and resolving tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Data Management:  Accurate data entry for new hires terminations promotions transfers and updating employee records in HRIS.
• Onboarding/Offboarding:  Administering the hiring process creating offers tracking probation and processing leavers.
• Payroll & Benefits:  Assisting with basic payroll processing managing benefit enrollments and pension administration.
• Process Adherence:  Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistency.

Qualifications :

University Degree or equivalent experience preferably in HR or business administration.
