We fly in formation to win together.ROLE OVERVIEW :We are looking for a talented and driven Fullstack Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Mumbai. In this role, you will work across the entire product stack from crafting pixel-perfect web interfaces to building robust backend APIs and also contribute to our mobile-first initiatives using Flutter. You will be embedded in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your code directly powers financial decisions for millions of users.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python (FastAPI / Django) on the backend and React.js on the frontend.- Build and ship cross-platform mobile features using Flutter, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience on both iOS and Android.- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and intuitive user experiences.- Architect and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices that power wealth management features and investment intelligence tools.- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning to maintain engineering standards and continuous delivery practices.- Ensure application performance, reliability, and security across all layers of the stack.- Drive end-to-end ownership of features from scoping to production deployment and monitoring.- Contribute to technical documentation, onboarding guides, and internal knowledge sharing.REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :- 5+ years of professional software development experience in fullstack engineering roles.- Strong proficiency in Python including backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.- Solid hands-on experience with React.js hooks, state management (Redux / Zustand), component libraries, and performance optimization.- Practical experience with Flutter for building cross-platform mobile applications.- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile development methodologies.- Strong understanding of software design principles, RESTful architecture, and system design fundamentals.GOOD TO HAVE :- Prior experience in fintech, wealth management, or financial services domain.- Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time data streaming technologies.- Familiarity with AI/ML integrations or working alongside Data Science teams.- Contributions to open-source projects or published mobile apps on App Store / Play Store.WHAT WE OFFER :- Opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, investment intelligence, and fintech at scale.- A collaborative, high-ownership culture that rewards initiative and growth.- Competitive compensation, performance-linked incentives, and benefits.- Access to TIFIN's global network backed by industry titans like JP Morgan, Franklin Templeton, and Morningstar.TIFIN | Mumbai, India | (ref:hirist.tech)
