Job Description

Are you ready to create exceptional guest experiences? We're looking for a Guest Service Agent (GSA) - Food & Beverage to join our dynamic team in Mysuru, India. As a GSA-F&B, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, setting the tone for an outstanding guest experience from the moment our guests arrive. You'll combine genuine hospitality with product knowledge to deliver outstanding food and beverage service that exceeds expectations.

• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and provide engaging, personalized service that makes them feel valued
• Assist guests with detailed information about food and beverage menu items, making recommendations based on their preferences and dietary needs
• Deliver consistent, high-quality F&B services in accordance with departmental standards, procedures, and outlet policies
• Maintain strict adherence to all safety and sanitation policies when handling, preparing, and serving food and beverages
• Manage multiple guest requests simultaneously while maintaining composure and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members across all departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate order fulfillment and ensure all guest requests are completed to specification
• Uphold outlet policies and service standards consistently while remaining flexible to accommodate guest needs

Qualifications

• Proven ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs in high-pressure situations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness when addressing guest requests or concerns
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team environment
• Solid understanding of food and beverage service standards, safety protocols, and sanitation practices
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to adapt to changing operational needs
• Positive attitude, resilience, and genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest service
• Preferred experience in food and beverage service, customer service, or hospitality environments
• Preferred familiarity with POS systems or cash handling procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required by the role
