Key Responsibilities
Editing high-retention podcast cuts (multi-angle sync, audio enhancement, clean angle switches)
Creating engaging reels and short-form clips
Structuring content to maximize audience retention
Identifying strong hooks and high-impact moments
Maintaining strong attention to detail in pacing and flow
