Position: Telesales Executive

Job Purpose
Responsible for generating appointments and converting leads into gym memberships through effective calling, follow-ups, customer communication and sales techniques. The role requires consistent follow-up with leads and achieving assigned Daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Calling & Follow-up
Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's lead database.
Follow up regularly with interested, pending and inactive leads.
Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up details in the CRM/calling system.
Appointment Generation
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable gym membership plans.
Generate quality appointments and encourage prospects to visit the branch.
Ensure maximum conversion of appointments into walk-ins and memberships.
Sales & Revenue
Achieve assigned monthly membership sales and revenue targets.
Pitch membership offers, plans and applicable promotions effectively.
Handle customer objections and negotiate within company-approved pricing and discount limits.
Customer Communication
Maintain professional and positive communication with every prospect.
Provide accurate information regarding membership, facilities, timings and offers.
Never make false promises or provide unauthorised commitments to customers.
Lead Management
Ensure no lead remains unattended or without timely follow-up.
Prioritise hot, warm and cold leads based on conversion potential.
Update all calls, conversations, appointments and outcomes on the CRM.

Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic sales and negotiation ability.
Positive attitude and confidence while speaking with customers.
Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.
Basic knowledge of CRM/calling software.
