telecaller, also known as a telemarketer or phone sales representative, interacts with customers over the phone to promote products or services. They may make outbound calls to potential customers or answer inbound calls from customers.
Responsibilities
Generate leads: Make outbound calls to generate leads and sales
Provide customer support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide advice
Build relationships: Build rapport with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
Gather customer feedback: Document customer feedback to improve products and services
Promote products: Inform customers about products and services, and pitch services to potential customers
Handle sales: Carry out sales deals over the phone, including taking orders and processing transactions

Problem solving: Ability to analyze situations, identify root causes, and provide solutions
