ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Ecommerce Executive to join our Marketplace Management team in Bangalore. In this role, you will directly manage brand accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces ensuring listings are optimized, inventory is tracked, orders are fulfilled, and performance metrics are consistently improving. This is a hands-on operational role suited for candidates who are comfortable working with data, marketplaces, and client accounts simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Listing & Catalogue Management

Create, upload, and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other platforms

Write and edit product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords for maximum visibility

Ensure catalogue accuracy images, pricing, attributes, category mapping, and variations

Identify and resolve listing suppression, content issues, and policy violations promptly

Account & Performance Management

Monitor account health dashboards and take corrective action on performance alerts

Track key metrics including Buy Box percentage, conversion rate, ACOS, returns rate, and seller score

Manage day-to-day operations on assigned brand accounts with minimal supervision

Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, advertising) to execute campaigns and promotions

Inventory & Order Operations

Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment with brands, and flag stockout risks proactively

Manage FBA/FBF shipments, inbound plans, and reconcile inventory discrepancies

Track pending orders, returns, and customer escalations and ensure timely resolution

Reporting & Client Communication

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for assigned accounts

Communicate updates, task status, and insights to the internal KAM team and clients as directed

Maintain trackers, MIS sheets, and account logs accurately and consistently

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education

Graduate in any discipline B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, or related fields preferred

Experience

1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing seller accounts on Amazon or Flipkart

Prior experience at a marketplace agency, brand ecommerce team, or seller is strongly preferred

Freshers with demonstrated self-learning and certification in marketplace management may be considered

Technical Skills

Proficient in Amazon Seller Central listings, case management, FBA, Brand Registry

Familiarity with Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra partner portal, or other marketplace backends is a plus

Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables

Basic understanding of marketplace advertising (Sponsored Products) is an advantage

Knowledge of SEO principles as applied to marketplace content is desirable

Soft Skills

Strong attention to detail errors in listings directly affect client revenue

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks under deadlines

Good written communication in English for reporting and internal coordination

Proactive mindset raises issues early rather than waiting for escalation

Team player who can collaborate with design, content, and ads teams
