About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct background verification checks as per client requirements and company processes.2. Perform Employment Verification by contacting previous employers and validating employment-related information.
3. Conduct Education Verification with universities, colleges, institutes, and other educational authorities.
4. Perform Address Verification through available sources and field verification processes, wherever applicable.
5. Conduct Database/Criminal Record Verification using authorised databases and available records.
6. Carry out reference checks and verify information provided by candidates.
7. Review documents and information submitted by candidates for completeness and accuracy.
8. Make calls and send emails to candidates, employers, educational institutions, references, and other relevant sources for verification.
9. Maintain accurate records and update verification status in the internal system.
10. Prepare verification reports based on the findings and supporting information obtained.
11. Identify discrepancies, gaps, or inconsistencies and escalate them to the concerned senior/team leader.
12. Ensure all cases are completed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and quality standards.
13. Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information at all times.

1. Freshers can apply; experience in BGV, KYC, data verification, recruitment, telecalling, or similar operations will be an advantage.
2. Good communication skills, particularly in English and Hindi.
3. Comfortable making professional calls and communicating with external organisations.
4. Good attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in information.
5. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and computer applications.
6. Ability to work with multiple cases and meet deadlines.
7. Good follow-up and coordination skills.
8. Willingness to work in a process-driven and target-oriented environment.
9. Skills: Documentation & record management, calling & email communication, attention to detail, follow-up & coordination, MS Excel / MS Office
