Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists. Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduates (Any stream) – Freshers are welcome! Undergraduates – Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO voice process required. Availability: Immediate Joiners required. Comfortable with Rotational Shifts (24/7 environment). 5-day working week with 2 rotational week-offs. Required Skills Communication: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Soft Skills: Strong active listening, empathy, and ability to handle high-pressure situations. Technical: Basic computer proficiency and decent typing speed.
