Principal IT Engineer

Regeneron seeks a Principal IT Engineer to support its Global Capability Center in Hyderabad, working on research and development initiatives. The role involves partnering with GCC leadership and global stakeholders to drive operational excellence, manage performance metrics, and advance strategic growth. Key responsibilities include relationship building with government and academic institutions, risk management, and delivering insights through business reviews and executive communications.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic advisor to GCC leadership on growth, engagement, and business performance initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, industry associations, and regulatory bodies
- Establish partnerships with universities and academic institutions for talent pipelines and research collaboration
- Develop and manage GCC performance dashboards tracking headcount, attrition, productivity, and efficiency metrics
- Lead business reviews and prepare executive communications demonstrating GCC business impact and innovation outcomes
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from reputed institution
- 8-10+ years progressive experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or GCC leadership
- Demonstrated experience engaging government agencies, industry associations, regulatory bodies
- Experience developing and managing university partnership and workforce development programs
- Strong KPI development, dashboard reporting, and executive performance reporting expertise
- Financial acumen with ability to translate operational performance into strategic narratives
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, business intelligence tools, and data analysis
