Senior Java Developer - (immediate joinees preferred) BOMBAYDC – Mumbai (Onsite) CTC Package: 12-15L p.a. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Developer with over a decade of professional experience to design, develop, and maintain high-volume, low-latency, and scalable enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices in coding and architecture, ensuring high-quality, secure code. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Lead the design and development of complex, distributed systems using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Technical Leadership: Guide the software development life cycle (SDLC) from concept to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices. Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks, optimizing code, database queries, and infrastructure. Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews, ensuring high quality and providing mentorship to junior and mid-level developers. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to translate user requirements into technical solutions. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 10+ years of professional software development experience, with a heavy focus on Java and JEE internals. Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), RESTful APIs, and Hibernate/JPA. Database Knowledge: Extensive experience with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL optimization.
