We're Hiring – Application Support Engineer | Lucknow 

Looking to kick-start your career in Engineering Software Support? We are hiring Application Support Engineers to join our team for an exciting on-site opportunity in Lucknow.

Location: Lucknow (On-site)

Employment Type: Contract (1 Year)

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical (Engineering Degree Mandatory)

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates are Welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure ARES Commander software.
  
• Install, activate, and update AutoCAD software licenses.
  
• Perform Windchill configuration and provide application support.
  
• Troubleshoot software installation and licensing issues.
  
• Assist users with software configuration and technical queries.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth software deployment and support.
  

Requirements

✅ Preferred Skills:

• Mechanical Engineering degree (Mandatory)
  
• Basic knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or ARES Commander
  
• Basic understanding of Windchill or PLM concepts is an added advantage
  
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
  
• Strong communication and customer support skills
  
• Willingness to work on-site in Lucknow
