WHAT WILL YOU OWN?

? Build & Enable Talent

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition and onboarding , ensuring quality talent and a seamless candidate-to-member journey.
  
• Build proactive talent sources and coordinate selection processes effectively.
  
• Drive timely closure of open positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  
• Ensure new members are Day-1 ready with required documentation, assets, access and orientation.
  

? Strengthen HR Processes

• Implement HR policies consistently across teams.
  
• Develop, review and improve SOPs and HR processes to create clarity, consistency and efficiency.
  
• Ensure policy awareness and effective communication across teams.
  
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and statutory compliance records.
  
• Conduct periodic compliance checks and drive corrective actions wherever required.
  
• Keep HR processes and documentation audit-ready .
  

? Create a Great Workplace

• Lead office administration and ensure workplace readiness at all times.
  
• Ensure availability of workplace resources, facilities and essential infrastructure.
  
• Drive standards of workplace safety, hygiene and cleanliness .
  
• Manage administrative processes and ensure smooth day-to-day workplace operations.
  

? Create Meaningful Member Experiences

• Plan and execute member engagement initiatives aligned with the culture and needs of the organization.
  
• Coordinate events, celebrations and workplace experiences that bring people together.
  
• Listen to members and proactively identify opportunities to improve their experience.
  
• Build a workplace that promotes connection, belonging and positive energy.
  

? Own the Member Lifecycle

• Ensure smooth onboarding, integration and member lifecycle processes.
  
• Manage structured exit and clearance processes.
  
• Conduct and analyse exit interviews to identify trends and actionable insights.
  
• Maintain complete and accurate member lifecycle records.
  
• Support initiatives aimed at improving retention and the overall member experience.
  

? Drive Process & Audit Excellence

• Maintain process adherence records and ensure defined HR practices are consistently followed.
  
• Prepare accurate and organized documentation for audits and reviews.
  
• Track audit observations and drive their closure within agreed timelines.
  
• Identify process gaps and continuously improve the way HR & Administration operates.
  

? Manage Partners & Vendors

• Maintain valid vendor agreements and ensure timely renewals.
  
• Coordinate vendor bills and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed service standards.
  
• Ensure vendor compliance and proactively address service gaps.
  

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You could be a great fit if you:

• Have 3-5 years of experience in HR & Administration
  
• Hold a Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline
  
• Have strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, compliance and administration
  
• Have hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and member lifecycle management
  
• Can balance strategic thinking with strong operational execution
  
• Have excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills
  
• Enjoy building processes while remaining close to people and their experience
  
• Bring a strong sense of ownership, accountability and attention to detail
  
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial or similar sectors will be preferred.
