Job Description

As an Social Media Manager at Sudathi, youll manage and optimize our digital storefronts the Sudathi website and quick commerce platforms. From product uploads to performance tracking, youll ensure our online operations run smoothly while creating strategies that maximize traffic, conversions, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, plan, and execute a strong social media calendar aligned with campaigns and launches.
• Strategically grow Sudathis presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Quick Commerce platforms .
• Lead content ideation for key launches, influencer collabs, festive moments, and real-time trends.
• Own end-to-end execution of posts, reels, and storiesworking closely with the design and marketing teams.
• Track performance through analytics, optimize strategies, and drive measurable growth .
• Manage community engagement and ensure our voice is sharp, grounded, and impactful.

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in social media / content marketing .
• Strong sense of trends, storytelling, and community building.
• Ability to ideate fast and execute even faster.
• Experience in growing and managing brand pages at scale is a big plus.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Quick Commerce platforms, fashion, or D2C brands.
