Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) / Senior Assistant Sales Manager (Sr. ASM) for our Neotra Business Vertical. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling premium Bathroom and/or premium Kitchen product categories with exposure to channel sales, dealer management, architect engagement, and business development within the building materials or lifestyle products industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and market expansion for the Neotra product portfolio in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence in the premium segment.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition, pricing, and customer requirements.
  • Execute branding and promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Maintain strong secondary sales and channel engagement.
  • Track collections, outstanding payments, and ensure healthy business operations.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management review.
  • Support product launches and generate awareness among key stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in handling premium Bathroom products, Kitchen solutions, sanitaryware, bath fittings, modular kitchens, tiles, luxury hardware, or allied premium building material products.
  • Strong network with dealers, architects, interior designers, and project consultants in the Nashik market.
  • Proven track record in channel sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independently managing the territory.
