About the job

You'll work directly with the founder across content creation, styling, brand strategy, client experience, and business operations. You'll help shape how the brand is perceived online while learning what it takes to build a premium service brand.
You'll have the opportunity to be involved in photoshoots, creative direction, client interactions, content planning, and brand growth making this an ideal role for someone who wants to build a career in luxury fashion and personal styling.

Key responsibilities:

1. Create elegant Instagram reels, stories, and carousel posts that reflect a luxury aesthetic.
2. Develop content that builds brand awareness, attracts prospective clients, and supports business growth.
3. Assist in planning and executing content shoots across Mumbai.
4. Capture behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and styling content.
5. Edit short-form videos and images for social media.
6. Create moodboards, creative references, and visual concepts for upcoming campaigns.
7. Research trends in luxury fashion, personal styling, branding, and visual storytelling.
8. Help plan and manage a monthly content calendar.
9. Work closely with the founder during shoots and creative planning sessions.
10. Sit in on select client discovery calls and consultations, taking notes and observing how luxury client relationships are built.
11. Maintain lead and prospect trackers using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
12. Track content performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement, reach, and enquiries.
13. Support day-to-day brand building and operational tasks as needed.

2. Aspire to become a personal stylist, wardrobe consultant, or work in the luxury fashion industry.

3. Enjoy creating premium-looking social media content.

4. Have a strong eye for composition, lighting, aesthetics, and detail.

5. Are comfortable filming and editing Instagram Reels.

6. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are confident interacting professionally with clients.

7. Are organised, proactive, and comfortable using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

8. Can travel within Mumbai for occasional shoots and meetings.

9. Are dependable, curious, and eager to learn.
