Description
The Medical Sales Representative will promote Saksham Pharmaceuticals products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies and hospitals across the assigned territory. The role focuses on building clinical credibility, driving product adoption, achieving sales targets and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, hospital procurement and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, medical detailing and clinical discussions to communicate product benefits and clinical data.
- Identify key accounts, generate leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Negotiate terms and manage pricing discussions within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare regular territory reports and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs and supply chain to support launches and promotional activities.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, ethical standards and company promotional policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing or a related field; B.Pharm or M.Pharm preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutic areas and clinical data interpretation.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and managing key accounts.
