Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
• Design engaging posts, stories, reels, and other visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative assets for digital advertising, email marketing, and website content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling visual designs.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for various social media channels and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Edit and retouch images and videos as needed for social media content.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and design best practices.
• Manage and organize graphic assets for easy access and future use.
• Assist in brainstorming new creative ideas for social media content.
• Contribute to the overall visual strategy of Pratap Ghee's online presence.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphic design work.
• Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess a keen eye for design and a strong understanding of visual storytelling, with the ability to translate brand messages into impactful graphics for social media.
