Role Overview:

We are looking for highly driven individuals who want to build a serious career in consultative sales. This is not a telecalling job. You will speak to parents and students who have shown interest, understand their goals and learning gaps, and recommend the right personalised learning plan. Your performance directly impacts company revenue and student outcomes.

If you enjoy influencing decisions, solving real problems, and closing confidently, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call and engage with inbound leads
2. Understand student requirements through structured conversation
3. Identify academic gaps and learning goals
4. Recommend suitable personalised plans
5. Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments
6. Maintain disciplined follow-ups
7. Achieve revenue targets within defined business cycles
8. Coordinate with the customer success team for smooth onboarding
