JPSP Technologies is a growing technology company providing custom software development, web & mobile application development, AI-enabled solutions, SaaS, IT consulting, maintenance, and support services. We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate qualified leads, manage client opportunities, and help acquire new customers in India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold email, cold calling, online research, networking, and other channels.
2. Handle company/partner-generated leads and independently generate new opportunities.
3. Identify businesses requiring mobile apps, web applications, custom software, SaaS, AI/automation, and IT consulting services.
4. Research companies and relevant decision-makers.
5. Qualify prospects based on requirements, budget, timeline, authority, and business intent.
6. Schedule and participate in online client meetings.
7. Conduct initial requirement/discovery discussions and coordinate technical meetings with the founder/technical team.
8. Present JPSP Technologies' capabilities professionally.
9. Coordinate proposals, scope discussions, and commercial quotations.
10. Follow up systematically and assist in negotiation and deal closure.
11. Maintain CRM/sales pipeline from Lead Qualification Meeting Proposal Negotiation Closure Payment.
12. Build relationships with prospects and re-engage inactive leads.
13. Support market research and basic sales/marketing activities.
14. Attend physical client meetings when genuinely required.
15. Occasionally support business/recruitment coordination as the startup team grows.

Compensation & Incentives:

1. Fixed salary: 12,000- 15,000/month, plus performance-based incentives.
2. Incentives may range up to 5-10% for eligible business, depending on lead source, contribution to closure, targets, project profitability and revenue actually received by JPSP Technologies.
3. Candidates who independently generate and help close business may qualify for higher incentives as per company policy.
4. Strong performers will have opportunities for increased compensation and greater sales responsibility as JPSP Technologies grows.

Other requirements

1. Experience in B2B Business Development or Sales, preferably in IT, Software Services, SaaS, or Technology Sales.

2. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Prospecting, Cold Calling, and/or Cold Emailing.

3. Ability to independently generate leads and identify key decision-makers.

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

5. Confidence in handling client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

6. Ability to understand business requirements and ask relevant discovery questions.

7. Basic understanding of Software, Mobile, Web, and SaaS Solutions.

8. Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.

9. Discipline in CRM and sales pipeline management.

10. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment.

11. Experience selling Mobile Apps, Web Development, Custom Software, SaaS, AI Solutions, CRM/ERP, IT Consulting, or Maintenance and Support Services is preferred.

12. Ability to work independently and approach businesses to generate new sales opportunities.

13. Primarily remote role requiring a working laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, mobile phone, and professional setup for online meetings.

14. Willingness to attend physical client meetings when required.

15. Approved business travel expenses will be handled as per company policy.

16. Genuine interest or prior experience in IT Sales, with confidence in communicating with business decision-makers.
