Role : Senior ServiceNow DeveloperExperience : 7+ YearsEmployment Type : Full-TimeJob Summary : We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, administration, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules along with hands-on experience in Now Assist (Generative AI), Virtual Agent, AI Search, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom application development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions while leveraging AI-powered capabilities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.Required Skills : ServiceNow Core Development : - 7+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.- Strong experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management).- Hands-on experience in Service Catalog, Record Producers, Catalog Client Scripts, and Catalog Workflows.- Expertise in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications.- Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Workflow automation.- Strong knowledge of Service Portal and Employee Center customization.- Experience in CMDB and Discovery implementation.AI & GenAI Capabilities : - Hands-on experience with Now Assist for ITSM, Now Assist for Search, and Generative AI capabilities.- Experience configuring and customizing AI-powered workflows within ServiceNow.- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering concepts and GenAI integrations.- Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance within ServiceNow.Virtual Agent & Conversational AI : - Strong experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow Virtual Agent.- Designing conversational workflows and chatbot experiences.- Integration of Virtual Agent with ITSM processes and Knowledge Base.- Experience with NLU (Natural Language Understanding) and AI Search.- Ability to build custom topics, conversational flows, and user self-service automation.Integrations : - Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.- Experience with Integration Hub spokes.- Knowledge of MID Server configurations.- Integration experience with Azure, AWS, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Jira, or third-party enterprise applications.Scripting & Development : - Strong JavaScript expertise.- Experience with Glide APIs and ServiceNow scripting framework.- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Service Portal widgets.- Experience in scoped application development.Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions and custom applications.- Implement and configure Now Assist, AI Search, and Virtual Agent capabilities.- Develop automation workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.- Build and enhance Service Catalog items, workflows, and portals.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.- Develop integrations with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.- Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and platform optimization.- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.- Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and release management activities.Preferred Qualifications : - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM.- ServiceNow Certified Virtual Agent Specialist.- Experience with Now Assist / Generative AI certifications is highly preferred.- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
